When looking for an affordable house and land package, the Murray Townhouse collection had everything included without any hidden costs or any site costs. Being a full Turn Key Package everything from landscaping to window furnishings was included. I found the sales team extremely helpful, Jade & Justin took time out to actually listen to what I wanted. I defiantly wasn’t another number to them. The team at Greybox Homes made me feel very special and they were there for me if I had any queries along the way, not to mention Anthony my site supervisor who done an extremely good job and contacted me on a weekly basis during construction. I was even able to meet the directors of the company in person in the planning stage and at a final inspection. I understand the company had grown from a small builder to a small to medium sized builder from the time I paid my initial deposit to the time of handover, and like any growing company there are teething problems though they were there to take responsibility for any issues and to me that means more than anything!

I will defiantly be calling the team at Greybox when I am ready to build my second home, friends of mine Archie & Lina Dalli who custom designed a home with Greybox are over the moon with the attention to detail and quality of the overall product they received also. I feel the company has a high standard when it comes to customer service and the quality of the homes they build and I am proud to write this testimonial.
